Lawrenny is the home venue for the whole event. 

Neyland Yacht Haven is also open to visiting vessels providing excellent facilities, chandlery and tearoom they also offer £10 festival berth rate for those who wish to stop here. 

Milford Marina offer a £10 festival berth rate for those who wish to stop in at this well-run marina.

Saturday 23rd June

HW: BST 03:03, height 5.88m; 15:39, height 5.79m 

Register and set up camp in the host Port of Lawrenny and then soak up the atmosphere of the Annual Lawrenny Yacht Club Regatta. RNLI Tamar lifeboat will be in Lawrenny for public to explore and meet local RNLI rep.  Music and entertainment ashore.

RIVER CRUISES on Tall Ship, from Hobbs Point 1.5 hrs, various times

Lawrenny Regatta from 12:00 arranged by Lawrenny Yacht Club. Followed by day and evening jazz session at the 'Doghouse' with Saint City Jazz Band 'Good time stomps and slow blues'.  Plus NEW ADDITION: 'Fat Panthers' duo playing 'Bradford Appalachian/ jungle cats music for the world empath survivalist'.

At Llanion Cove is the 'Pembrokeshire Paddlers' Kayak and Social - Roly Parks Memorial event

Sunday 24th June

HW: BST 04:06, height 5.95m; 16:39, height 5.98m

Midday briefing. Pembroke Yacht Haven Cruisers Upriver race run by PHYC, they are opening a special class for Seafair Fleet, followed by their own barbecue at their clubhouse at Hobbs Point.  There will also be a welcome BBQ at Lawrenny Arms.

Registration continues at Lawrenny Arms.

Llanion Cove Raft Race

5pm Fat Panthers Unplugged, 6pm 'Japanese War Graves in Pembrokeshire' - talk and presentation by David James, West Wales Maritime Heritage Trust. 7pm screening of archive film 'Around Cape Horn' featuring classic clipper vessels, footage from 1929, narrated by a mariner of the era.

Monday 25th June

HW BST 05:03, height 6.09m; 17:30, height 6.20m.

Morning briefing

All fleets sail to lunch at Neyland Yacht Club 12:30 followed by Pembroke River guided sail to Pembroke Castle Pool for vessels with draft of less than 1.8m.  Option to stay in pool overnight, have to depart very early Tues or wait for the later high tide to get out of the pool.

Summer buffet aboard Johanna Lucretia catered by East West Cuisine, Jackie Palit, moored off Lawrenny, book tickets HERE.

Two performances of Coleridge's epic poem 'The Ancient Mariner' recited by heart by 'Pope', one will be onboard the tall ship for the buffet guests and the other ashore.

Tuesday 26th June

Informal morning briefing.

Free sail for all fleets. 

Entertainment ashore at Lawrenny Arms: Tuesday Night Unplugged. Join a group of musicians who normally meet every Tuesday to share the songs they like, have a chat and maybe a pint or two of beer.  All skill levels welcome, as are all genres of music and instruments BUT only acoustics, no mics or amps. Hosted by Susan Oldreive.

Wednesday 27th June

Early briefing and depart for lunch at Angle Point House on low water. 

Evening entertainment ashore at Lawrenny Arms.

Visitors may be interested in a gig at Burnett's Hill (not too far away) with 'Midnight Skyracer' - five-piece all-female band at this well-loved bluegrass venue. Tickets £10. 7.30pm.

Thursday 28th June

HW BST 07:12, height 6.41m; 19:30, height 6.61m.

Morning briefings. All fleets to sail for lunch at Burton Jolly Sailor. Smaller vessels to take pm sail to Carew Mill. Larger vessels sailing itinerary tbc.

Evening Tenby Male Voice Choir - a well-loved feature of the week at Seafair at Lawrenny Arms Doghouse. 7/7.30pm.

Friday 30th June

HW BST 08:22, height 6.42m; 20:05, height 6.63m.

Morning briefings

Daytime itinerary tbc before assembling mid-afternoon for an escorted sail to Cresswell Quay on high water. 

Welsh Sea Rowers Association join the event and take part in fun row to Cresswell Quay with the fleets. Fancy Dress strongly encouraged!

Sailing fleets return to Lawrenny Arms for party kicking off at 9pm approx featuring South Pembrokeshire folk band RAZORBILL

Saturday 30th June

HW BST 08:22, height 6.42m; 20:39 height 6.60m

Morning Briefing mid-late morning.  Crews are invited to participate in the Parade of Sail gathering around Cleddau Bridge at 12:30pm and sailing to Weir Spit return to the bridge. 

Parade of Sail viewing point and Open Day 11-5pm at Hobbs Point.

  • 11.45am performance of 'Shipwrecks' circus show
  • 12.30 watch Parade of Sail
  • 1.30pm live duo 'Beanie'
  • 2pm Tall Ship Johanna Lucretia open to the public

Welsh Sea Rowers take part in Parade of Sail.  WSRA party in the evening at Llanion Cove with live music.
